Worldgate receives resource and leadership from a global entity entitled Congress WBN which has representation in 80 nations.  The Leader of Congress WBN is Dr. Noel Woodroffe who is based at the Elijah Centre in Trinidad with 13 embassy's located throughout the world. 

Noel is simply an incredible human being who ensures that Worldgate is provided with ample architecture to authoritatively move beyond the four walls of the church and impact the systems of the world.
